As President, Mr. Ranger provides the vision and strategic planning for Topa to continue to be one of the premiere commercial real estate companies in Southern California. Tony oversees all acquisitions and marketing as well as setting policy within the organization. Tony's vast experience in leasing and knowledge of market trends allow him to maintain Topa's leadership role in the 21st century.
Darren Bell
Vice President/Leasing
Darren Bell has 22+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, investment, management and development and is Topa's leasing specialist in the Los Angeles region. He has negotiated and consummated over 1,500 commercial lease transactions throughout his career.
Since joining Topa in 2002, he has been responsible for the execution of over $600 million in lease transactions representing over 2.4 million square feet. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in economics from the University of Santa Clara. Darren is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Gary Clopp
Vice President/Residential
Gary Clopp is a past President and Director Emeritus of the Affordable Housing Management Association - Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW), which covers Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. This position puts him in direct daily contact with the National Affordable Housing Management Association based in the Washington, D.C. area and places Topa Management Company on the cutting edge of federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory changes and updates in the housing industry. Mr. Clopp is also a recipient of the Clive Graham Award for lifetime achievement of excellence in the Affordable Housing Industry from the Affordable Housing Management Association-Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW).
Robin N. Platt
Vice President/Oxnard
Robin Platt is recognized as one of Ventura County's leading commercial real estate professionals. Robin has over 20 years of commercial real estate leasing and operations experience. Robin is a founding officer and member of BOMA Tri-Counties and is also a member of BOMA Los Angeles. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from California State University Northridge and is a Board of Director for the Economic Development Corporation of Oxnard and St. John's Regional Medical Center Foundation. Robin has received numerous awards acknowledging excellence in Property Management and is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Lali Haniffa
Controller
Ms. Haniffa is responsible for all financial reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable within Topa. Lali has a staff of 12 accountants at various properties and within the corporate offices. She is a CPA and a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (CACA).
George Flores
Director/Construction
Mr. Flores handles all tenant improvements and construction within Topa, and is involved in all major renovation projects and upgrades. George has been with Topa over 20 years.
Stephanie Silvia
Director/Residential
Stephanie Silvia is a seasoned housing professional and is responsible for regulatory and fair housing compliance in the field. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in both conventional and affordable housing, dealing with HUD, CHFA, Public Housing Authorities, the Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) and other regulatory agencies. She is a recognized expert on various Federal and State housing programs occupancy requirements and trains our property supervisors and on-site managers in these areas - as well as fair housing compliance. Stephanie Silvia is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM).
Curt Nakamura
General Manager/Hawaii
Curt Nakamura has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Oahu market. A graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, he has worked extensively in the financial and real estate markets in both Hawaii and Washington State. Mr. Nakamura is the General Manager of the Topa Financial Center located in Downtown Honolulu. Mr. Nakamura has been a major factor in the overall improvement of the relationship between the landlord and tenants.
Dean Christian
Senior Property Manager/Oxnard
Dean Christian is responsible for overall operations at the Oxnard Topa Financial Plaza which totals over 580,000 square feet and consists of two Class A High Rise Office buildings and ten low rise stand-alone buildings. Dean is an experienced broker and property manager serving the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas for over 23 years. He has managed over $530 million of real estate and was the recipient of the BOMA International Building of the Year Award for Sanwa Bank Plaza/Figueroa at Wilshire. Dean serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way - Ventura County.
Erminé Melik-Mushkambaryan
Property Manager/Century City
Erminé has been Property Manager at Topa Management Company since December 2003. Erminé manages the day-to-day operations at both 1800 Avenue of the Stars and 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. Her years of property management experience and knowledge contribute to exceptional building staff and vendor teamwork.
Carrie Richardson
Property Manager/Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Woodland Hills
Carrie Richardson is responsible for the portfolio of properties Topa manages in the Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark and Woodland Hills area totaling approximately 440,250 square feet of office and retail space.
